What inspired you to pursue a career in Aesthetics?

I’ve always had a passion for skin care and have loved helping people feel supported, confident, and beautiful. I wanted to turn that passion into a career where I can make a positive difference in how people feel about themselves while helping them reach their skin care goals.

What excites you the most about becoming an Aesthetician?

What excites me most is the opportunity to finally turn something I’m truly passionate about into a career. I’m excited to do work that I genuinely enjoy while continuing to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on the people I work with.

Why did you choose NIMA for your education?

NIMA stood out to me because it offered the most comprehensive training and education. I also loved the spa environment and felt it would provide valuable hands-on experience that would prepare me for a successful career in aesthetics.

Which resources or experiences at NIMA have had the biggest impact on helping you achieve your goals?

Being able to start seeing clients early in my education has had a huge impact on my experience at NIMA. It has given me valuable hands-on experience, helped me build confidence, and allowed me to apply what I’m learning in a real-world setting.

What are your goals after graduating from NIMA?

My goal after graduating is to eventually work independently and specialize in microneedling. I’m excited to continue developing my skills and building expertise in a treatment I’m passionate about.

If future students could hear one piece of advice from you, what would you want them to know?

Just do it! I wish I had started this journey 10 years ago, but it’s never too late to pursue something you’re passionate about. Take the leap, trust yourself, and remember that starting now is always better than waiting for the “perfect” time.
