These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of nima.edu (the “Website”) and our text messaging program. The Website is operated by MEDSPA ACADEMIES INC, doing business as National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (“NIMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or opt in to text messages.
Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, to learn about NIMA, request information, schedule a tour, and apply to our programs. You agree to provide accurate information when you complete a form, and not to submit information on behalf of someone else without their permission. You agree not to interfere with the Website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
NIMA Institute Text Messaging Program
Program description. The NIMA Institute text messaging program sends text messages to people who have opted in through a form on our Website. Messages come from NIMA Institute.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from NIMA at the number provided. Consent is collected through an unchecked box that you must select yourself. Depending on the box you check, you may receive:
- Informational messages: replies to your inquiry, tour and appointment confirmations and reminders, and application and enrollment updates.
- Recurring promotional messages: program information, start dates, offers, and event invitations.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase. You can use the Website, request information, and apply without opting in to texts.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
Opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. If you opted in to both types of messages, replying STOP ends both.

Supported carriers and delivery. Our program works with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we do not guarantee it.
Mobile number changes. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from the old number or contact us so that your messages don’t reach a future holder of that number.
Privacy of SMS information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not apply to service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, who are bound to use the information only to provide that service. Must be 18 years or older to use text message service.
Communications Preferences
You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at info@nima.edu. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop service-related communications about your inquiry, application, or enrollment.
Advertising and Tracking
Our Website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including those from Google and Meta, to measure and improve our advertising. These practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains your choices.
Information and Program Descriptions
We work to keep Website content accurate, but program details, start dates, pricing, financing, and financial aid availability may change, and Website content is not a contract or an offer of admission. Admission and enrollment are governed by NIMA’s enrollment agreement, catalog, and policies. If anything on the Website conflicts with those documents, they control. Any testimonials, results, or outcomes shown are illustrative, and individual results vary.
Intellectual Property
The Website’s content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, belongs to NIMA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, except that if you reside in Nevada, you may also bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. If we make a material change to the text messaging program, we will update this page, and your continued use of the Website or our messages after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
