I got the signature facial with Kalea and I had such a relaxing time. She was so attentive to my skin and overall experience. I left a three star review because the front desk staff were the opposite. I called and they were not friendly and very short. while checking out they were not any better unfortunately.

Gabi B gave me another great service today. My skin has come so far with regular facials and by using the skincare products she has recommended. Today she did dermaplaning and my skin has never felt softer.I always look forward to a spa day at NIMA!!

Larissa was the one to give me fantastic massages. She said she is still learning but she got a wonderful skill working on my face, arms and legs. As she was doing different things, she was telling me what she was doing which I liked. The staff at the front desk when I went in and told my name, she said"you're all set"then went back to talk to her co-worker. No greetings or instruction where to wait. So I thought they could be a little more friendlier since they are the face of your company.
