Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify and locate key anatomical structures as they apply to the safe and efficacious use of Neurotoxin (BoNTA), deoxycholic acid and dermal filler injections.
- Select the Neurotoxin (BoNTA), deoxycholic acid and/or filler product that provides the safest and most efficacious result for the targeted treatment site.
- Implement safe and efficacious injection procedures and be able to recognize and implement appropriate treatment protocol of any potential adverse events.
- Review evidence-based basic injection techniques as well as introduce evidence-based alternative injection techniques of routinely injected treatment sites to their practice.
- Apply evidence-based principles and techniques for optimal facial enhancement for injecting Neurotoxins (BoNTA), deoxycholic acid and dermal fillers to injection sites not previously injected.
- Recognize and implement appropriate treatment protocol of potential adverse events at treatment sites not previously injected.
- Utilize alternative injecting techniques and dosages of Neurotoxins (BoNTA), deoxycholic acid and/or dermal fillers beyond their current experience safely and efficaciously into previously injected treatment sites.
- Introduce safe and efficacious treatment of Neurotoxins (BoNTA), deoxycholic acid and/or dermal fillers to injection sites not previously treated.
- Recognize and implement appropriate treatment protocol of injected treatment sites.

NIMA’s Comprehensive Injection course provides one on one training for each student in order to refine your skills in full-face assessment and correction. In this injection training, NIMA teaches you how to evaluate the face and prescribe the ideal treatment program for your client to reach full correction while maintaining a natural look. Your Comprehensive Injection training course will include discussions on how to best stage corrections, how to layer treatments and proper product selection for full facial correction. In this injection training you begin with the essentials and then move on to advanced techniques that can be used to provide more specialized solutions. Each student will receive hands-on practice with multiple models, allowing you to further refine your injection skills.
The Comprehensive Injections training course is designed for RNs, physicians and mid-levels. If you are looking for BOTOX courses for nurses, RN BOTOX certification for nurses or RN BOTOX training for nurses, this course is for you. Students in this course must have a professional license that includes RN, PA, APRN, MD, DO, DDS, DMD or an equivalent license within your state. NIMA recommends that you check with your state regulatory agency to ensure that you have the appropriate licensure to practice these services within your state.
